Generative abstraction of logos/branding

March 15, 2010

This was a Processing sketch I made over christmas (while in NY) to show the possibilities of generative animation to represent branding, yet maintain a visually interesting moving piece of abstract art.  It was a test done for Mastercard, the project in the end didn’t happen for whatever reason, but I’d thought I’d share this anyway as I’m quite fond of it and enjoy watching it.

  1. This is brilliant Glenn. What you’ve done with generative animation is nothing short of amazing, I only now have come across your work via And this brand representational work opens up another whole world of possibilities. It’s truly groundbreaking.

I love your blog, thanks for sharing your work with us, like this.
